Operating principle
Ozone is generated from a suitable gas stream and transferred into water. It reacts with oxidizable compounds and microorganisms before residual ozone is removed or allowed to decay under controlled conditions.

Products · Controlled oxidation
Use oxidation with controlled contacting, monitoring and off-gas safeguards.
Ozone can support oxidation and microbial-control objectives in selected aquaculture treatment systems. Marine Blue integrates ozone generation with gas preparation, contacting, reaction, residual management, off-gas handling, monitoring and interlocks.

01
Ozone is generated from a suitable gas stream and transferred into water. It reacts with oxidizable compounds and microorganisms before residual ozone is removed or allowed to decay under controlled conditions.
02
Ozone may complement solids removal, protein skimming or disinfection in an engineered treatment train. Because it is a strong oxidant, its use requires careful dose, contact, residual, material and safety management.
03
04
Coordinate pretreatment, generator, oxygen or dry-air feed, injector or contactor, reaction vessel, residual removal, off-gas destruction, sensors, controls and emergency shutdown.
05
Maintain gas preparation, generator components, injectors, contact equipment, monitors, destruct units, ventilation and ozone-compatible piping. Operators require approved safety procedures.
06
Ozone can provide a targeted oxidation barrier and support selected organic-control processes when correctly engineered. It should never be presented as a universal solution or used without safeguards.
