Culture, treatment, utilities, environmental control, biosecurity and people flow coordinated from the outset.

Marine Blue plans indoor aquaculture facilities in which the production system and the building are developed together. This approach reduces avoidable conflicts between civil layout, water-treatment equipment, piping, power, ventilation, maintenance access and everyday farm work.

Technical highlights

  • Indoor shrimp and finfish production

Facility zones

  • Culture and production areas
  • Source-water and treatment rooms
  • Feed, chemical and consumable storage
  • Workshop and maintenance areas
  • Clean and dirty routes
  • Quarantine and biosecurity checkpoints
  • Harvest, packing and cleaning areas
  • Waste and sludge handling

02

Environmental and utility interfaces

Ventilation, humidity, temperature, lighting, drainage, water supply, power, oxygen, backup systems and equipment heat loads influence animal conditions, staff safety and equipment performance. Interfaces are defined according to the production plan and building context.

03

Operational movement

Staff, stock, feed, equipment, samples, waste and harvested product should move through the facility without creating unnecessary cross-contact or blocking maintenance access. Layout planning makes these movements visible before construction.

04

Future readiness

Modular zoning and planned utility capacity can support staged development or expansion where the project brief and infrastructure allow it.

Marine Blue plans complete indoor facilities in which culture systems, life support, utilities, environmental controls, biosecurity, and people flow are coordinated from the outset.

Facility Planning

  • Production zoning and tank arrangement
  • Process-water and treatment-room layout
  • Feed, chemical, workshop, and equipment areas
  • Clean/dirty routes and biosecurity checkpoints
  • Ventilation, humidity, and temperature-control interfaces
  • Utility routing, redundancy, access, and maintenance clearances
