01
Water and oxygen enter a pressurized conical vessel. Flow and geometry create contact conditions that promote oxygen dissolution before the enriched water returns to the culture or treatment process.
02
The cone converts oxygen supply into oxygenated water. It must be matched to the pump, flow, pressure, oxygen source, distribution network and control system.
03
04
Coordinate the cone with pumps, pressure control, flow measurement, oxygen supply, regulators, dissolved-oxygen sensors, bypass, relief and downstream distribution. Pumping energy and hydraulic head should be considered.
05
Inspect vessel, connections, regulators, flow and pressure devices, oxygen piping, pump performance and sensor calibration. Safe depressurization and oxygen procedures are required.
06
A correctly selected cone can provide controlled, efficient pure-oxygen transfer in a compact process step. Performance depends on actual flow, pressure, water and gas conditions.

Patented design. Connected oxygen control. Engineered for aquaculture, the Marine Blue O2 Cone is a stainless-steel oxygenation solution with integrated automatic dosing and support for IoT and SCADA connectivity. It is designed by Marine Blue Aquaculture Solutions.
B02
Stainless-steel construction meets automatic oxygen dosing. The Marine Blue O2 Cone brings our patented design and stainless-steel construction together in a dedicated aquaculture oxygenation solution. Available in SS 304 and SS 316 materials, it is designed to dissolve supplied oxygen into circulating water and support the dissolved-oxygen requirements of your culture system.
B03
Our integrated automatic dosing control system adjusts oxygen delivery in response to monitored dissolved-oxygen levels and configured operating targets. This helps operators manage changing oxygen demand with less dependence on repeated manual adjustment.
B04
With support for IoT and SCADA integration, the Marine Blue O2 Cone can form part of a connected farm-control system. Bring oxygenation into your wider monitoring and supervisory workflow, with the interface and available functions configured to suit your installation.
B05
The development design combines a tapered stainless-steel vessel with flanged connections, a pressure gauge, an external level tube and a drain valve. These visible features provide a clear basis for piping integration, operating checks and service access. Final equipment and connection details are defined for the selected configuration.
B06
The integrated dosing system links oxygen delivery to measured dissolved oxygen (DO). IoT and SCADA support connects this local process with the wider farm-management environment.
B07
Local dosing control manages the oxygenation process. IoT connectivity supports integration with remote monitoring services, while SCADA support allows oxygenation information to be incorporated into a plant-wide supervisory system.
B08
During configuration, agree the required live measurements, trend records, alarms, operator permissions and any remote setpoint functions. Available functions depend on the selected sensors, controller, gateway and software.
B09
Dissolved oxygen is the oxygen content of water. Gas flow is the oxygen supplied to the cone. Water flow and internal cone level are separate operating variables; their control scope must be specified independently.
B10
A connected oxygenation system combines stainless-steel oxygenation with automatic dosing and support for IoT and SCADA. Monitoring and supervisory functions are configured around the requirements of the farm.
B11
B12
Discuss your water chemistry, salinity, temperature and cleaning regime with Marine Blue so the material grade and fabrication specification match the service conditions.
B13
IoT and SCADA integration are supported. Share your existing control platform and required data exchange so the appropriate interface can be defined.
B14
Provide the required water flow, incoming and target DO, available oxygen supply pressure and flow, operating water conditions, pipe sizes, installation space and automation requirements.
